I report directly to the founder on the group's growth, M&A, partnerships, and AI initiatives - owning transactions from thesis through diligence, negotiation, and integration.

I led a KRW 2.4 trillion, seven-year IDC project from target sourcing through negotiation, contracting, and close, and designed the AI-native operating model for capital allocation, diligence, and investment governance.

I managed the global M&A and investment pipeline across e-commerce, logistics, payments, AI, and media, and built the investment cases, valuations, diligence plans, and approval materials behind strategic transactions.

I led AI partnership discussions with OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, and Upstage, and conducted 10+ diligence processes spanning food, used cars, music streaming, AI, e-commerce, and robotics.

In the Global Group I ran confidential restructuring and portfolio projects for the Group Management Board and executed proprietary buy- and sell-side transactions for the bank worldwide.

Before that, as Analyst ➔ Associate in the Financial Institutions Group, I built the M&A, LBO, DDM, and valuation models and the board and investor materials behind landmark financings and IPOs - and trained ~200 incoming analysts globally.
